Crystals:
Our crystals are natural and selected for their energy and aesthetics. Because they are natural, slight variations in color, shape, and texture may occur, making each piece truly one of a kind.

Plating & Wear:
Our gold vermeil have a plating thickness of approximately 2.5+ microns, offering durability and a rich finish. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its shine and beauty for a long time. Over time, natural wear may cause the plating to fade, especially with frequent exposure to water, sweat, lotions, or perfumes.

Cleaning:
To preserve your piece, avoid direct contact with liquids, chemicals, and abrasive materials. We recommend gently cleaning your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Store your pieces separately in a soft pouch or cloth bag to prevent scratches and exposure to environmental elements.

Replating Service:
To extend the life of your jewelry, we offer a professional replating service. If your piece shows signs of wear or fading, please contact us. We will gladly replate your item for a reasonable fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the service.
